Servepoint Support

ServePoint Support is included with the cost of the program, and it comes with unlimited phone, email, and remote support. However only the lead contact on the account will be able to communicate with our Support Team. If you are not the lead contact, direct your questions to them and they will be in charge of relaying the concerns or questions back to us. All voicemails and emails should be returned within 24 hours during normal business hours.
