Excellerate can email contribution statements in PDF format to your members.
You can use the exact same statement style that you use for printed statements, so your emailed statements will look identical to printed statements.
After sending the email statements, you can then print paper statements for those who didn’t have an email address.
Setting up email statements
First make sure you can send emails from Excellerate. You may have to enter your email server settings in Options, Preferences, Email options.
Download the PDF Creator printer from here:
http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator (You can use the free version)
Install the PDF printer by launching the PDFCreator-setup.exe file you downloaded.
* You just need the PDF Creator printer, NOT the “Architect” or any other options offered
Once that is installed, you are ready to email statements from Excellerate by going to Reports, Members, Member Contribution Statements, and hit the “Email” button.
