Imagine, everything you need to know about the people you minister to, in one common location. Have you been frustrated because your contact information is over here, class attendance lost in a filing cabinet, and small group information in a spreadsheet on someone's laptop? Excellerate is the one place to track all of this information and more. Follow-up, attendance, interests, giftings, counselings, contributions, etc... all in one screen!
The top of the screen shows the main member information, and the tabs at the bottom show all of the related information such as family members, follow-up, small groups, etc...
The Family tab lists each member of the family. Simply double-click their name to see that family member's details.
The Followup tab tracks all of the visitor-to-member followup details. See visitor followup tracking for more information.
The Profiles tab tracks all kinds of member attributes such as interests, talents, DISC profiles, SHAPE profiles, etc... Its a great way to match up volunteers with opportunities.
The MemberSteps tab defines your spiritual or leadership growth track. This shows you how far this person has advanced in their development. Excellerate can help you proactively develop new leaders by telling you who is ready to move on to the next level. You can send out a mass email, or mail-merge a letter to them informing them of the next class.
The Organizations tab lists many different types of organizations the member may be involved in. These can be different volunteer opportunities, teams, mission trips, etc...
The Visits/Counsel tab tracks each member's visitations or counseling sessions. Knowing each member's history can be invaluable especially if you have multiple counselors. Of course, sensitive information like this can be restricted to specific users.
The Classes tab tracks the attendance details for different types of classes including multi-session classes. See Classes for more information on classes.
The Cell Groups tab lists any small groups this member belongs to. A member may belong to any number of groups, which is common in churches where a person may receive ministry from one group, and lead another group. See Small Groups for more information.
The Contributions/Pledges tab tracks all of the member's contributions and pledges for any number of accounting funds. Contribution statements and reporting can be done easily at any time. See Contributions and pledges for more information.
