Detailed class and attendance tracking
Classes can be a big part of your spiritual and leadership growth tracks, so it is important to track the details of these classes including attendance. Excellerate can track many different types of classes including those with multiple sessions. The built-in "Principle of 12" format makes it easy to track the "Encounters" and "School of leaders" classes found in that model.

Simplify attendance tracking with barcodes scanning
Work smarter by using a portable barcode scanner to easily track your class or church attendance.
Excellerate can print your barcodes on ID cards, rosters, etc... Then as the member arrives, simply scan their barcode using a portable barcode scanner. This scanner doesn't need to be connected to a computer to scan. It stores the scans in it's internal memory, then when you are ready, connect it to your computer and Excellerate will import all of the attendance for you!
